General Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the z999 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and z999. By registering at z999 or using the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the z999 platform. z999 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account at z999. We may request proof of age verification at any stage of registration. Failure to verify age may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be closed immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information will be considered a serious breach of these Terms. Please notify our support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and other security information completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the z999 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — digital transaction service from the Postal Department
• Rocket — mobile banking from Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile payment service from UCB
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

3.3 Transaction Verification

In the interest of security, z999 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for any transaction. Transactions may be placed on hold in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity. Users may be required to provide necessary documents or information.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the z999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently available.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

z999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement at z999 is 25 times the bonus amount, and it applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or categories — full details will be available on the relevant promotion page.
• You may not participate in a new promotion before completing the wagering requirements and withdrawing any bonus received from a previous promotion.
• If bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• z999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games on z999 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial outcomes. No manual intervention is made in game results.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Technical Errors

Game results caused by any technical error or system failure will be considered void. In such cases, z999 will attempt to refund the amount wagered, but is not obligated to pay out winnings resulting from a technical error.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports section offers betting on a variety of sporting events. Bets can be placed on different markets across popular sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will generally be voided and funds returned, though specific rules may apply in certain situations.

VIP Program and Cashback

z999 runs a five-tier VIP program for its regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular activity on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change and z999 reserves the right to restructure the program at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering with a false identity or false information
• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Abusing bonuses or obtaining promotional benefits dishonestly
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform
• Coordinating bets with other players or engaging in collusion
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above activities are proven, z999 may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and take legal action where necessary.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully in effect.
